I am primarily an investor, although I now have a beautiful home as well as many investments in Cyprus. I started just a few years ago, with not a lot of capital, and have not found anyone yet who has a better record of investment than mine. My best investment, albeit for a relative small amount, achieved over 1600% net profit in a year!

Our approach is very different. Most agents will steer you towards developments that will yield them the highest returns in terms of commission. No research, no concern for what happens to you after the sale.

What we are interested in are the investments that will give you the highest returns, in the short, medium and long term. Even if we earn less commission. Your interests come first. This is the only ethical way to go about business. And the best way for all concerned.

My own experience and investment results in Cyprus speak for itself. Let me just say that my best performance – albeit for a small deposit – earned me 1600% in a year. I’ll tell you about this if we meet. This was exceptional, and in my view the best strategy in my view is a steady and strong growth in capital appreciation in the short, medium and long term, that outperforms anything in the UK market.

I only deal with people in Cyprus who are supremely successful in what they do. Who are ready to invest themselves in any projects they want others to invest in. Sometimes these projects are not openly marketed. They don’t have to be, for existing clients take up the bulk of the options available.

Just as I am careful with whom I invest with, Quite frankly, I have to be very careful with whom I accept into our ‘family’ of investors. If your objectives don’t match ours, I’m sorry, but you won’t be invited to join us. We’ll have a talk with you, to make sure. An if you and I both feel we can do business, you‘ll join us - a group of people, just like yourself, who’ve had the experience of investing or buying a home or living in Cyprus.
