Either way, we will make your visit to the Island as informative and enjoyable as possible. With no sales pressure, or expectation from us. That’s why we would not recommend the subsidised inspection visits that are so commonly offered. We can arrange them of course, but we believe in the end, it does not benefit you. Although these trips are very cheap, in most cases you are more or less totally bound to your host, and work can work out more expensive for you if you buy. In some cases you are required to sign an agreement not to see any other agents or developers during your stay! More importantly, cheaper costs do not mean you will get a better deal, quite the reverse in fact.

Please remember that the people I have chosen to work with in Cyprus are pre-eminently successful in what they do. They have been especially picked and provided me with superb properties, and an investment record that I have yet to find beaten by anybody else.
